Exterior showing house wrap and 2" foam on the poured foundation walls

6" of foam under the lower level slab. Infloor heating tubes are installed on the foam

Exterior walls are 2x6 with 2 x 4's installed horizontally providing a thermal break. 7" of closed cell foam is sprayed into the wall cavity.
